Centerpoint – Ruby Cut-Off Bridge

The LA DOTD advises that weather permitting beginning Wednesday, December 28, 2011, the Centerpoint Ruby Cut-Off Bridge over Wiggins Bayou will be closed until the new bridge is complete. Work on this project consists of grading, drainage structures, concrete slab span bridge and related work. This project is estimated to be completed by the end of April 2012. This project is located in Avoyelles Parish and has a length of 0.089 miles.

Permit/Detour section

The road will be closed approximately one half mile down the Centerpoint Ruby road South of Hwy 107. No detour will be provided. Traffic is advised to seek alternate routes when traveling through this area.
