Edwards postpones announcement on Phase 2 status

Gov. John Bel Edwards said today that may announce Wednesday whether Phase 2 will be extended or the state moves into Phase 3 of the COVID recovery plan.

It was expected that decision would be made during the governor's press conference, which began at 2 p.m.
