Broken pipe cause of Mansura post office closure Mail business moved to Marksville temporarily

Mansura residents will have to travel to Marksville to do any mailing for the time being.
Acccording to a release from the United Postal Service, the Mansura office is temporarily closed and all business is being sent to the Marksville location.
All mail was re-routed to Marksville where mail carriers for the Mansura area pick up mail for delivery.
Those with P.O. boxes will have their mail available at the Marksville location.
According to Mansura residents, the office was closed after a water pipe burst in the building..
