Castille apparent winner in BESE District 8

With 526 of 531 precincts reporting, it appears Preston Castille has won the Board of Elementary & Secondary Education District 8 seat with over 52 percent of the vote in a four-candidate race. Veretta Tanner Lee was in second place with almost 18 percent of the ballots cast.
