Graduations begin with APCS Monday

It’s graduation time in Avoyelles Parish high schools.
The Class of 2022 graduation ceremonies will begin Monday and continue in various schools over the next few weeks.
Nazarene Christian Academy in Marksville had one graduate who completed his studies in December.
The following is a list of graduations submitted as of press time:
May 9
6 p.m.- Avoyelles Public Charter School, Mansura- Performing Arts Center. Only guests of graduates are invited to attend and all in attendance must have a ticket. This is the 15th graduating class at the school with 53 graduates. Graduation will be held again in the Performing Arts Center after two years of holding outdoor ceremonies due to COVID.
May 11
7 p.m.- St. Joseph School, Plaucheville- Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church with 19 graduates.
May 20
7 p.m.- Avoyelles High School, Moreauville- Mari Center, Paragon Casino Resort. with close to 90 graduates.
May 24
7 p.m.- Bunkie Magnet High School- Mari Center, Paragon Casino Resort with close to 90 graduates.

May 25
7 p.m.- LaSAS, Bayhills- Mari Center, Paragon Casino Resort. with 67 graduates.
May 26
7 p.m.- Marksville High School- Mari Center, Paragon Casino Resort. with approximately 75 graduates.
