Marksville to enforce 8 pm Hurricane curfew

According to KALB TV, Marksville officials and police will be enforcing a curfew beginning Oct. 9 at 8 p.m. - October 10 at 8 a.m. The curfew is to keep residents safe during Hurricane Delta.
