Malena Juneau Savignol, age 88, a native of Moreauville, and resident of Denham Springs

Malena Juneau Savignol, a native of Moreauville, LA and resident of Denham Springs, LA, was born on September 26, 1930 and passed away peacefully on January 14, 2019 at the age of 88. She was retired from Southeastern School of Nursing and American Cancer Society. She participated in the Cenacle Rosary Group and St. Joseph’s Alter at Immaculate Conception Church. She is survived by her children, Keith Savignol and wife Jacki; Ronnie Savignol, Beverly Savignol, and Sharon Savignol and fiancée Steve Thompson; four grandchildren, Ricky Savignol and wife Brandi, Clint Savignol, Jeffrey Morrison, Dakota Savignol, and Luke Savignol; three great-grandchildren, Landon, Caleb and Brayden Savignol; and brother Henry Juneau; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Savignol; parents Henry and Eunice Juneau, brother Merlin Juneau, and sisters Heloise Juneau and Yvette Lemoine. Visitation will be held at Immaculate Conception Church, 865 Hatchell Ln, Denham Springs, LA, Monday, January 21, 2019 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Ricky Savignol, Clint Savignol, Jeffrey Morrison, Luke Savignol, Steve Thompson, and Larry Savignol.
