Martha Regard Roy Christoffel, age 92, of Hessmer

Martha Regard Roy Christoffel, age 92, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, January 27, 2019, at her home in Hessmer. Mrs. Christoffel was a native of Mansura, LA.

Mrs. Christoffel was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Christoffel, an infant son, Ray Christoffel, II, her parents, Robert Lewis Roy and Edna Regard Roy, sister, Catherine Coco, and brothers, Robert Roy and Richard Roy.

She is survived by her son, John David Christoffel of Hessmer, sister-in-law, Joanne Ducote, two nieces and five nephews.

Mrs. Christoffel kindly donated her body to science. A memorial mass will be celebrated in the near future.

Kilpatrick’s Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Marksville assisted the family during this difficult time.
