Ronnie Ducote, 48, Baton Rouge

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered for Ronnie Paul Ducote on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Church of the Little Flower with Fr. Ramaji Shoury officiating. Burial will follow in the Church of the Little Flower Cemetery in Evergreen under the direction of Melancon Funeral Home, Bunkie.

The family requests that visitation be observed at Melancon Funeral Home on Saturday, September 4, 2021 from 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

Mr. Ducote, age 48, of Baton Rouge passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 in Baton Rouge at Our Lady of the Lake Medical Center. Ronnie was a commercial truck driver. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Donna Ducote and his nephew, Jake Ducote.

He is survived by his two sons, Donald Ducote and wife, Allie, of Central, LA and Chandler Ducote of Slaughter, LA; his two sisters, Connie Digiovani and husband, Mike Fitch of Baton Rouge and Tammy Salassi and husband, Chuck, of Baton Rouge; his four brothers, Craig Ducote and wife, Allison, of Fifth Ward, Ricky Ducote of Hessmer, Michael Ducote and wife, Charmagne, of Evergreen and Brian Ducote and wife, Angelle, of Prairieville and two grandchildren, Madison Ducote and Alaina Ducote.
