MOBILE, ALABAMA - A Mass of Christian Burial for Sue Carol Bourgeois Bordelon will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Mobile, Alabama. A private graveside will follow the Mass. Arrangements by Ascension Funerals & Cremation, 1016 Hillcrest Road, Mobile, Alabama 36695.
Bordelon, age 74, a native of Marksville and a longtime resident of Mobile, Alabama died Friday, December 16, 2016 in a local health care facility. She was born on November 26, 1942.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Bordelon; her mother, Emma Rita Lemoine Abramson; her father, Prentise Bourgeois; her grandparents, Louis and Ruby Lemoine, and Paul and Emily Bourgeois; and her niece, Adrienne Louise Marceaux.
She is survived by three children, Renee Lemoine, Scott Bordelon, and Kathryn (Wayne) Etheridge; three sisters, Beth Marceaux, Emily Wall, and Nanette McCord; one uncle, Walter Lemoine; five grandchildren, Rachel Bordelon, Alex Bordelon, Will Etheridge, Ben Etheridge, and Michael Bordelon; nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
