Warrant out for former Bunkie Police Chief

Sources say he will turn himself in
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of former Bunkie Police Chief Bobby Corner and another Bunkie police officer, according to reliable sources. The Louisiana State Police investigated the police department earlier this year. Corner has reportedly agreed to turn himself in today.
The other officer was also reportedly to be arrested today.
No details as to the charges of either warrant have been released.
Corner served one term as Bunkie's elected police chief and was defeated in his bid for re-election earlier this year.
