Andrew Christopher Joel Bordelon, 21, Mansura

A Memorial Service for Andrew Christopher Joel Bordelon will be Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Chapel Ministries - 764 N. Preston St. - Marksville with Pastor Danny Hargrove officiating. There will be a gathering of family and friends at Chapel Ministries on Saturday, March 16, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Arrangements are under the direction of Melancon Funeral Home, Bunkie.
Andrew Christopher Joel Bordelon, age 21, from Mansura, passed away at his residence on Friday, March 8, 2024. Christopher, as he was known, was homeschooled and graduated from Bunkie Magnet High School. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Maudry and Frank Ducote; maternal grandparents, Dr. Jan and Joseph Warren and step-grandparents, Carl and Ann Marie Gauthier.
He is survived by his mother, Wendy Gauthier and husband, Scott, of Mansura; his father, Andrew Bordelon and wife, Lisa, of Deville; his three sisters, Hannah Bordelon Gauthier and husband, Austin, of Cottonport, Lacie Hodapp and Thaddeus Sampson of Mansura, Deranda Bordelon and Jason Handley of Lettsworth; his two brothers, Joshua Maarouf and wife, Beth, of Mansura and Hunter Gauthier and wife, Sydnee, of Lettsworth and eleven nieces and nephews, Mylee Dodge, Carson Bordelon, Emma Handley, Karli Maarouf, Jasie Maarouf, Heaven Smith, Zayden Hodapp, Trinity Sampson, Shawn Bordelon, Ella Gauthier and Easton Gauthier.
