The Avoyelles Water Commission held its regular monthly meeting on October 21, 2025, with the following members and personnel present:

Meeting Business

The meeting was called to order by President Penn Lemoine, followed by a prayer.

Discussion Items

• President Lemoine discussed widening the gates to improve safety when delivering 1-ton cylinders.
• The board reviewed QuickBooks fixes, firewall protection, and six-year cloud services purchase needs.
• All board members signed the new by-law changes prepared by Gaspard Law Firm, previously approved at last month’s meeting.
• Dirt was hauled to fill a pipeline hole reportedly caused by off-road vehicle activity.
• A Safety Meeting will be held at the end of the year.
