Avoyelles Wednesday COVID update: one new case

Avoyelles had only one positive result out of 149 tests reviewed for Wednesday's COVID update from the Louisiana Department of Health. There were no reinfections and no additional deaths.

As of Wednesday, the parish's 24-month totals for COVID showed 11,567 cases affecting 10,770 individuals. There had been 797 reinfections and 206 deaths. There had been 160,969 COVID tests administered since March 2020.
