Bunkie Native Timenee Thomas Appears on Wheel of Fortune

BUNKIE, La. — Bunkie native Timenee Thomas represented her hometown on Wheel of Fortune Oct. 14, becoming the second Bunkie native to appear on the popular game show within the past year.

Thomas brought her love of basketball to the nationally televised stage, wearing a San Antonio Spurs jersey for her appearance.

Back home, family, friends and community members cheered her on as she brought a moment of hometown pride to Bunkie.

For those who missed the broadcast, Thomas’ episode is available to watch on Hulu and Peacock.
