Celebrate Mothers at St. John Community Church!

St. John Community Church-Baptist will host its Mother's Day Worship Celebration 2026, themed "Praise and Pastels: A Mother's Day Worship Experience," on Sunday, May 10.

Worship will begin at 9 a.m. at the church, located at 531 St. John Street in Marksville. Rev. Charles E. Guillory serves as pastor and teacher.

The service will honor and celebrate the strength, beauty and love of mothers and mother figures. Attendees are encouraged to wear pastel colors as the congregation gathers in a spirit of praise and gratitude.

The celebration will include a special tribute to mothers, and the community is invited to attend. Organizers encourage families to come together for a morning of worship, joy and fellowship.
