Celebration of Confirmation at St. Joseph and Holy Ghost Churches!

St. Joseph Catholic Church and Holy Ghost Catholic Church celebrated the Sacrament of Confirmation during the 4 p.m. vigil Mass on March 21, marking the Fifth Sunday of Lent. A total of 13 confirmandi received the sacrament, administered by Bishop Robert Marshall Jr. The Mass was concelebrated by Father Wade DeCoste, with assistance from Deacons Matthew Bonner and Ken Primeaux.

The Confirmation ceremony represents a significant step in the spiritual journey of the candidates, as they are strengthened by the Holy Spirit and called to live out their faith through service, love and commitment to the teachings of Jesus Christ.
