Some say T-Jim’s holds the crown with that perfect mix of rice and spice. Others swear by Juneau’s, claiming theirs is the most authentic in all of Mansura. Then you’ve got Shawn’s, Y-Not Stop, Swoles, Durand’s, Big John’s, Bordelon’s, Cooyon’s and many more I haven’t even thought of, all slinging links that locals defend like family.

So here’s the deal, Avoyelles, we’re settling it once and for all. Send in your best boudin critique, 200 to 350 words comparing the parish’s finest links. Be honest, be funny, and don’t hold back. Tell us who’s got the best flavor, the perfect texture, or who needs to lay off the pepper.
