🛒 Ingredients
- 12 medium onions
- 13¾-oz bag potato chips, crushed
- ½ lb Wisconsin mild cheese, shredded
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Slice onions and lightly sauté if desired (this helps ensure tenderness).
- In a baking dish, loosely layer onions, crushed potato chips, and shredded cheese.
- In a bowl, combine the two cans of cream of mushroom soup with cayenne pepper. Pour evenly over the layered ingredients.
- Pour milk over the top.
