A comforting, old-fashioned side dish that’s perfect for family dinners or holiday meals. This savory casserole layers tender onions with crunchy potato chips and melted cheese, all baked together in a creamy mushroom sauce.

🛒 Ingredients

  • 12 medium onions
  • 13¾-oz bag potato chips, crushed

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper

👩‍🍳 Directions

  5. Pour milk over the top.
