Registration open for Healthy Kids Adventure Camp in Bunkie

Families in Bunkie have the opportunity to enroll their children in a free summer program focused on fun, fitness, and learning, as registration is now open for the Healthy Kids Adventure Camp.

Hosted by Move Bunkie Forward, the camp is open to boys and girls ages six to 11 years and will be held in two sessions:

• June 15–19
• July 6–10

Camp hours are scheduled from 8 a.m. to 12 noon each day.

All activities will take place at the Haas Auditorium, located at 208 Pershing Road in Bunkie.

The camp will offer a variety of engaging activities designed to promote healthy lifestyles, including nutrition education and physical activity. Organizers say the goal is to provide a safe and encouraging environment where children can learn, stay active, and enjoy their summer.

Space is limited, and parents are encouraged to register early.
