Improve Your Lawn Care Skills at Mansura Workshop! 🌿

Residents interested in improving their lawn care skills will have an opportunity to learn from experts later this month as the LSU AgCenter hosts a lawncare workshop in Avoyelles Parish.

The workshop is scheduled for Wednesday, April 29, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 8502 Highway 1 in Mansura.

Hosted by the LSU AgCenter, the event will provide practical information on maintaining healthy lawns, including topics such as:

• Proper mowing
• Fertilization
• Weed control
• Seasonal care

Organizers say the workshop is designed for homeowners and anyone looking to better manage their lawns, offering tips and guidance suited to local conditions.
