🎭 Join the Mardi Gras Masquerade Party! 🎉

The Avoyelles Council on Aging will host a Mardi Gras Masquerade Party on Thursday, Feb. 5, 2026, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Mansura Pavilion, located at 1832 L’Eglise Street.

The festive afternoon will feature live entertainment by Uncle Paul and Bayou Blue, bringing Mardi Gras music and celebration to seniors from across Avoyelles Parish.

Attendees are encouraged to wear festive attire or masks as they enjoy music, fellowship, and seasonal fun.

Tickets are $10, and proceeds support programs and services provided by the Avoyelles Council on Aging. Organizers say the event is designed to offer seniors an enjoyable Mardi Gras celebration while encouraging social engagement within the community.
