Town of Mansura – Boil Water Advisory

The transmission waterline that provides our water in the Town of Mansura broke earlier today.
The transmission waterline was isolated from service, repairs are ongoing and those repairs
should be completed soon.
During this event we did not lose pressure in our Town of Mansura service area. However, once
the repaired transmission waterline is returned to service, we are required to issue a Boil Water
Advisory to all of our customers in our Town of Mansura service area.
We will collect water samples in the Town of Mansura and run laboratory tests to verify that the
water is safe for consumption. These tests can take up to 24 hours to get results and during that
time customers should boil their tap water before consuming.
Once test results are completed and the Boil Water Advisory has been rescinded, we’ll send out
