Adrian Paul Oliver, 52, Marksville

A Mass of Christian Burial for Mr. Adrian Paul Oliver will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Catholic Church with Father Abraham Varghese officiating. Interment will be held in the Holy Ghost Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Marksville.

Mr. Oliver, age 52, of Marksville LA, passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 in Rapides Regional Hospital in Alexandria, LA. He is preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Virginia Ravare Oliver; brothers, William Thomas, Jr. and Leon Paul Oliver; and sister, Betty Ann Oliver.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Jeffery Ramos of Hessmer, LA; daughter, Christian Oliver of Houston, TX; stepdaughter, Adrienne Sally of Houston, TX; brothers, Peter Oliver (Lesha) of Mansura, LA, Ed Oliver, Sr. of Marksville, LA, Joseph Oliver (Cynthia) of Humble, TX; sisters, Regina Oliver Lee (Scott) of Marksville, LA, and M. Francine Ravare of Kansas City, MO. He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Elliott Ostiano Ramos, and Ellis Lawrence Ramos; step-grandchild, Carson Levi Bailey and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel.

Honorary pallbearers to serve will be Peter Jordan Oliver, Brandon Thomas, Adam William Oliver, Marcus Leon Oliver, Ed Oliver, Jr., Joseph Anthony Oliver, Jr., Jonah Alexander Oliver, Kenneth Johnson, Eian Matthew James, and Brian Randal Barbin.
