Alan Ray Coleman, Sr., 74, Kenner

Memorial services for Mr. Alan Ray Coleman, Sr. will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the Hixson Brothers Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Steve Speer officiating. Interment will be held at Cushman Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home, Marksville, LA.

Mr. Coleman, age 74, of Kenner, LA. passed on Friday, November 3, 2023 in his residence in Kenner, LA. He is preceded in death by his parents, Rufus and Una Mayeux Coleman; brother, Michael “Mike” Coleman.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 53 years, Lanier Coleman; daughter, Claudia Coleman of Kenner, LA; son, Alan Coleman, Jr, (Nicole) of Madisonville, LA; 2 grandchildren, Madison Coleman and Connor Coleman; brother, Brian Coleman (Vickie) of Monroe, LA; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home.
