BUNKIE - Funeral services for April Bordelon Lemoine will be Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 12 noon in the chapel of Melancon Funeral Home with Pastor Jarryd Raynes officiating. Burial will follow in Pythian Cemetery under the direction of Melancon Funeral Home, Bunkie.
Ms. Lemoine, age 24, of Cottonport, passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 as the result of an automobile accident. Born on October 2, 1993, she was a 2012 graduate of Bunkie High School.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Henry and Lois Pruitt and paternal grandparents, Dewey and Constance Bordelon.
She is survived by her two daughters, Chloe Lemoine and Sophia Lemoine of Cottonport; her parents, Gary and Evelyn Bordelon of Cottonport; two sisters, Angie Johnson of Lone Pine and Starla Bordelon of Lafayette and two brothers, Isaiah Bordelon of Cottonport and Jonah Bordelon of Mansura.
