Brandi Duhon, 41, of Cottonport

Funeral services for Ms. Brandi Michelle Duhon will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 19th, 2021 in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers in Marksville, LA. with Fr. Dan O’Connor officiating. Burial will be at First Baptist Cemetery in Simmesport, LA under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home, Marksville, LA.
Ms. Duhon, 41, of Cottonport, LA. passed from this life on Tuesday, October 12th, 2021 at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, LA.
Ms. Duhon is preceded in death by her father, Ralph Joseph Duhon, Sr. and sister, Suzanne Duhon; paternal grandparents, John B. and Hazel Cole; maternal grandmother, Doris Firmin.
Those left to cherish her memories are her children, Kylie Duhon and Ava Duhon both of Cottonport, LA.; mother, Charlotte Marie Prejean Duhon and stepfather, Billy Bonnette of Cottonport, LA.; brothers, Brad Prejean of Bunkie, LA., Ralph Duhon, Jr. of Lakeland, LA., Mike Duhon of Lakeland, LA., Jeffery Duhon of Cottonport, LA.; sister, Paula Dugas (Rhett) of Lakeland, LA.; maternal grandfather, Roy Prejean of Opelousas, LA. She also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 19th, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until shortly before the time of service in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home in Marksville, LA.
