Brenda Brevelle, 60, Moreauville

Funeral services for Mrs. Brenda Sayer Brevelle will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home, Marksville with Father Abram O’Connor officiating. Interment will be held at St. Alphonsus Catholic Mausoleum in Hessmer, LA. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home, Marksville, LA.

Mrs. Brevelle, age 60, of Moreauville, LA. passed on Thursday, October 19, 2023 in her residence. She is preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Delores Dixon Sayer.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Derrek Brevelle of Moreauville; 4 daughters, Jessica Shivers Bardwell of Mansura, Erica Shivers of Mansura, Whitney Laken Sayer of Marksville, and Myaeux Brevelle of Marksville; 1 brother, Kerrie Sayer of Marksville; 1 sister, Amanda Pierite of Marksville. She also leaves behind her 9 grandchildren.

Overnight visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. until time of service in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home on Thursday, October 26, 2023.
