Carol “Tutsie” Ann Dauzat, 58, Brouillette

Funeral services for Mrs. Carol “Tutsie” Ann Dauzat will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home with Deacon Ken Primeaux officiating. Interment will be held in the St Genevieve Catholic Church Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Marksville.

Mrs. Dauzat, age 58, of Brouillette, LA., passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at her residence. She is preceded in death by her parents, Newland and Barbara Mayeux Laborde.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 41 years, Tommy Dauzat; one daughter, Amy L. Dauzat of Marksville; brother, Leonard LaBorde of Marksville; one grandchild, Alexia Adams; and one great grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday April 25, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and reopen on Wednesday April 26, at 8:00 a.m. until time of services in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Homes. A recitation of the Holy Rosary will be on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
