Corrine Maillet, 101, Marksville

Memorial services for Mrs. Corinne Bordelon Maillet will be held on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marksville with Father Dan O’Connor officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Marksville.
Mrs. Maillet, age 101 of Marksville, Louisiana passed away at Riviere de Soleil Community Care Center in Mansura, Louisiana.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Pilicia Bordelon and Corinne Lemoine; husband, Gilbert Maillet and son, Gail James Maillet.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son Gilbert James “Pappy” Maillet of Marksville; three daughters, Carol Curley of Baton Rouge, Janet Regard of Baton Rouge, and Sandra Madhavi and husband Abbas of San Francisco, California; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
The family would like to send a special thank you to Riviere de Soleil Nursing Home for the excellent care given to Mrs. Corinne during her 6 year stay and All Saints Hospice for the special attention given to Mrs. Corinne.
