Darlene Dean, 70, Cottonport

Darlene Dean, age 70, passed away at her home in Cottonport on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024. A memorial service for Darlene is currently pending.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Jessica R. Dean of Athens, GA and Deborah L. Turk (Rushun) of Cottonport; grandchildren, Jacob Joseph Turk, Jillian Nevaeh Quintana, Sydney Lynn Turk, and Alexandra Roseann Dean; and one great-grandchild, Sebastian Caine Quintana. She is also survived by her brothers, Dolan R. Sittig of Las Vegas, NV and Wayne Sittig of Bogart, GA.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby E. Dean; parents, Ubald C.T. Sittig & Rosa Mae Fontenot Barnes; her sister, Kathleen “Kathy” Sittig; and her brothers, Lammy J. Sittig, George Sittig, and Rodney J. Sittig.
