Elaine Blanchard Normand, 77, Marksville

Funeral services will be held for Mrs. Elaine Blanchard Normand on Sunday, February 25th, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home in Marksville, LA. with Deacon Ken Primeaux officiating. Interment will be held in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery # 2 under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home, Marksville.
Mrs. Normand, age 77, of Marksville, passed away on Thursday, February 22nd, 2024 at Riviere de Soleil Community Care Center in Mansura, LA. She is preceded in death by her husband, Terrell Normand; parents, Talmit and Ida Desselle Blanchard.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Randy Normand (Frankie) of Marksville and Craig Normand (Melissa) of Moncla; one brother, Kenneth Blanchard of Texas City, TX; four grandchildren, Kenny Normand, Terrell Normand, Gabe Normand and Mackenzie Normand; and two great grandchildren, Blake Normand and Kaylani Normand.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 24th, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers, Marksville and reopen on Sunday, February 25th, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. until time of services.

Pallbearers honored to serve are Kenny Normand, Terrell Normand, Gabe Normand and Earl Normand, Jr. Honorary pallbearers are Mackenzie Normand and Blake Normand.
