Eva Nell Cole Harmanson, 81, Mansura

Funeral services for Ms. Eva Nell Cole Harmanson will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home with Bro. Richard McGorern officiating. Interment will be held at Dodge Cemetery in Vick, LA. under the direction of Hixson Brothers, Marksville.
Ms. Eva Nell Cole Harmanson, 81, of Mansura, LA, passed from this life on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at her residence.
Ms. Harmanson is preceded in death by her parents, Martin Douglas and Eve Josephine Dodge Cole; husband, John Harmanson, Sr; brother, D.J. Cole; sister, Lelia Dauzat.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, John Harmanson, Jr. (Penny) of Deville, LA., Ural Thompson Harmanson of Marksville,LA; daughters, Gaynell Normand (Steve) of Hessmer, LA, Katie Harmanson (Marty) of Mansura, LA, Brenda Wade of Marksville, LA; brothers, Nelson Cole of Brouillette, LA, Jessie Cole of Baton Rouge, LA; sixteen grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
Pallbearers honored to serve will be Steve Normand, Terral Normand, John Harmanson III, Cody Jackson, Michael Harmanson, and Brandon Moulord. Honorary pallbearer will be Gary Normand.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 16, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home, Marksville, LA. Visitation will reopen at 8:00 a.m. until time of service.
