Jerry Jackson Gagnard, 76, Marksville

Funeral services celebrating the life of Mr. Jerry Jackson Gagnard will be held on Thursday, April 18th, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home, Marksville with Pastor Danny Hargrove officiating. Burial services will be private and held at a later date.

Mr. Gagnard, age 76, of Marksville passed away on Sunday, April 14th, 2024 at his residence. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lemmie and Cora Williams Gagnard; son Jerry Gagnard; grandsons, Tran Bush and Austin Cole.

Those lift to cherish his memory are his wife, Stella Lachney Gagnard of Marksville, LA; son, Kevin Gagnard of Marksville, LA; daughters, Jackie Smith of Marksville, LA, Ashley Gagnard of Marksville, LA, and Rita Gagnard of Alexandria, LA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and, 19 great grandchildren.

Honored to serve as Pallbearers will be Kevin Gagnard, Edward Carter, Mike Juneau, Pete Rachal, Larry Jackson, Troy Setliff, and David Dauzat.

The family requests visitation to be held on Thursday, April 18th, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. until time of services at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home, Marksville.
