Memorial service for Ms. JoAnne “Joe” Marie Guillot will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 20th, 2021 in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home in Marksville, LA. with Rev. David Wilson officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home, Marksville, LA.
Ms. Guillot, 73, of Hessmer, LA., and a native of Marksville, passed from this life on Sunday, November 14th, 2021 at her residence in Hessmer, LA.
Ms. Guillot is preceded in death by her late husband, Dale Paul Laborde; parents, Joseph Wilfred and Josephine Mary Gaspard Guillot; brothers, Lawrence Guillot, Lones Guillot; sisters, Bertha Lacombe, Virginia Bordelon, Olivia Villemarette, Lorena Villemarette, and Drusey Francois.
Those left to cherish her memories are her daughters, Stephanie Ann Roberts (Garth) of Holden, LA., Melanie Lynn Hodapp of Pineville, LA., April Marie Hodapp of Hessmer, LA.; sisters, Doris Johnson of Mansura, LA., Laura Richard of Hessmer, LA.; grandchildren, Lacie Hodapp, Jessica DesRochers, Tanner Tull, Megan Moreau, and Isaac McNeal; great grandchildren, Haven Smith, Zaydan Hodapp, Triniti Sampson, Trey Coco, Kace Toney, and Willow Tull.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 20th, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until time of service in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home in Marksville, LA.
