Lena Camp, 71, Vick

Funeral services for Mrs. Lena Dauzat Camp will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Vick Baptist Church in Vick, LA with Brother Grady Dodge officiating. Interment will be in Vick Baptist Cemetery in Vick, LA. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Marksville.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 20, 2021 at Vick Baptist Church in Vick, LA from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and will resume at church on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. until time of funeral service.
Mrs. Camp, age 71, of Vick entered eternal rest on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, LA.
She was a member of Richey Baptist Church for numerous years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Kitty McCann Clark; her late husband Ernest Dauzat; two grandsons Billy Dauzat, Joey Dauzat; one great grandson, Skylar Dauzat; sisters, Susie Gauthier, and Dorothy Poston.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Gary Camp of Vick; sons, Benny Dauzat (Theresa) of Vick, Gerald Dauzat (Kathy) of Winnfield; daughter Lee Ellen Laborde (Lonnie) of Vick, stepdaughter Jennifer McGee of Vick; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Pallbearers honored to serve will be Donald Camp, Ricky Camp, Jonathan Clark, Bruce Cole, Taylor Dauzat and Kenneth Cole.
