Loraine Meche, 67, Vidalia

Funeral services for Loraine Kimball Meche of Vidalia will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 beginning at 11:00 a.m. in Escude’ Funeral Home of Cottonport with Father John Wiltse officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Catherine Catholic Church Cemetery in Rosa.

Loraine Meche, 67, passed away at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria on July, 22, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbert and Marie Kimball; and a brother, Billy Kimball.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 50 years, Donald Meche of Vidalia; children, Nikki Jarreau (Harris) of Cottonport, Liz Millard (Gerald) of Port Allen and Scott Meche (Randi) of Pineville; siblings, Keith Kimball of Vidalia, Gloria Chapman of Port Allen, Mary Ann Kalantari of Kenner, Theresa Taylor of Lottie, Rodney Kimball of Cottonport, and Johnny Kimball.

She is also survived by er 5 grandchildren, Weston, Eli, Eila, Keegan, and Caleb.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 beginning at 9:00 a.m. until time of service in Escude’ Funeral Home of Cottonport.
