Funeral service for Louis Valois of Hessmer will begin at 11:00am on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Escude Funeral Home in Mansura with Pastor Mark Crawford officiating. Entombment will follow at St. Alphonsus Mausoleum.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Ruth D. Valois of Hessmer; daughters: Cynthia (Joe) Leslie of Montz, Debra (Jeffrey) Trahan of Destrahan, and Angela (Barney) Laborde of Hessmer; brother, Ben Valois of Plaucheville; sister, Kate Valois of Alexandria. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by parents, Wesley Valois, Sr. & Theresa Lemoine Valois; brothers, Wesley Valois, Jr., Leroy Valois, and Matthew Valois; sisters, Mary Ann Scallan and Emily Valois.

Visitation will begin at 8:00am until 11:00am on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Escude Funeral Home in Mansura.
