Louise Moreau, 86,Simmesport

Funeral services for Louise Jackson Moreau will be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 beginning at 1:00 p.m. in Christ the King Catholic Church in Simmesport.

Louise Moreau, 86, resident of Simmesport passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2021 in Christus St. Francis Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Parker Joseph Moreau; her parents, Edgar Lee and Mary (Myers) Jackson; sister, Shirley Overton; and a brother, Edgar Lanier Jackson.

Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Parker “Paul” Moreau (Kathryn) of Simmesport and Pam Moreau Firmin (Mark) of Simmesport; sister, Betty Jackson Tarver; brother, Jerry Ellis Jackson; grandchildren, Annie Firmin Aquino, Dustin Firmin, Lee Moreau and Lauren Moreau; great grandchildren, Corine Moreau and Isabella Firmin.

Visitation will take place in Escude Funeral Home of Simmesport November 2, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until departing for the church.
