Lynn Tyler, 62, Deville

Funeral services for Mrs. Lynn Tyler will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 7, 2023, in the Chapel of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, with Reverend Arlie Rowley officiating. Interment will follow in Cushman Cemetery, Marksville, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville.

Mrs. Tyler, 62, of Deville, entered eternal rest on Friday, December 1, 2023, at Avoyelles Hospital, Marksville, LA.

Lynn was a loving daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved camping, cooking, sewing, and most of all spending time with her family. She spending time with her family. She loved to sit and visit with people. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Josh Tyler; her father, Joseph Cilton “JC” Lachney; stepfather, Arnold Franks and her in-laws, Alber and Betty Gaspard.

Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include her husband, Travis Gaspard; two sons, Russell “Rusty” Laughlin, Jr. (Kelly Gaudin) and Alvin Gaspard (Bethanie Bouget); four daughters, Becky Laughlin (Donnie Kinchen), Allie Laughlin, Tabitha Gaspard (Chase McNeely), and Bettydean Brown (Justin Brown); her mother, Dean Franks; two brothers, Jerry Lachney and Terry Lachney (Dianne); one sister, Cindy Gayle Smith; and two grandsons, Nicholas Kinchen and Dylan Kinchen.

A time of visitation will be held at Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Visitation will resume in the Chapel of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. until time of service.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are: Rusty Laughlin, Alvin Gaspard, Justin Brown, Donnie Kinchen, Terry Lachney, Jerry Lachney, Nicholas Kinchen and Dylan Kinchen.
