Mary Rose L. Domingue, age 78, passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at her home in Dupont. She retired from Avoyelles Hospital as a Personal Care Assistant at the age of 77. She enjoyed working and helping others. Mary Rose loved her family, especially her grandchildren & great-grandchildren.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Melisa Francois (Glen) of Baytown, TX, Janice Savage of Hessmer, Samantha Douzart of Plaucheville, and Shane Domingue (Jane) of Kaysville, Utah; daughter-in-law, Shauna Domingue of Dupont; sisters, Betty Carline Aucoin, Shirley Billiot, and Louise Blanchard. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren: Johnny K. Savage, Cristin Savage, Gerald Savage, Jr., Debra Sauer, Pamela Savage, Brandon Domingue, and Dylan Domingue; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick Domingue, Sr.; her son, Patrick Domingue, Jr.; son-in-law, Gerald Savage, Sr.; parents, Aristille LeBlanc & Arthemise Boudreaux LeBlanc; great-grandchild, Abigail Sauer; and 9 siblings.
