Michael “Mike” Paul Dauzat 59, of Baton Rouge

Michael “Mike” Paul Dauzat 59, of Baton Rouge (formally of Mansura),La passed away unexpectedly on March 23,2022. He passed away at Our Lady of the Lakes Hospital in Baton Rouge,La.

Mike enjoyed spending time with family and friends, mostly making people laugh. Mike has pushed through many life difficulties including loosing his eye sight, but that did not stop him from continuing his education and going on to mange Uncle Mike’s Cafeteria.

Mike is proceed in death by his mother Jennie Fruge, father O’nel Dauzat, step father Eddis “Tobe” Fruge Sr., sister Melissa Fruge, and nephew Sean Gaspard.

He is surivied by his wife Nancy Dauzat of Mansura, daughter Mandie (Jerrod) Adams of Mansura, as well as his guide dog.

Memorial services will be held at Riverview Baptist Church on March 31,2022, 12 -1 for family and 1-3 for the public.
