A Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Mildred M. Guillot Hardwick will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 30th, 2021 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Fr. Irion St. Romain officiating. Entombment will be held at St. Joseph Mausoleum #2 in Marksville. Arrangements are under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home, Marksville, LA.
Mrs. Hardwick, 93, of Marksville, LA. passed from this life on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria, LA.
Mrs. Hardwick is preceded in death by her husband, Harold L. Hardwick, Sr.; mother, Irma Dauzat Guillot; brothers, Davis Beauclaire, Elliot Beauclaire, and Tony Beauclaire;
Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Harold Leonard Hardwick, Jr. (Sylvia) of Houston, TX., daughters, Annetta Hardwick Reid (Thomas) of Gilbert, AZ., Paula Hardwick Smith (Kenneth) of Houston, TX.; sisters, Louise Armand of Marksville, LA., Dorothy Bernard of Mansura, LA., Joyce Walker of Marksville, LA.; grandchildren, Pamela Ugalde, Michael Hardwick, Kristen Howard, Robin Zenno, Kirt Smith, Rachel Kniffen; great grandchildren, Juliana Ugalde, Bella Ugalde, Wade Howard, Carson Howard, Lauren Hardwick, Sarah Hardwick, Betsy Zenno, Penelope Zenno, Ashley Kniffen, Caroline Kniffen, and David Kniffen, Jr.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 30th, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home in Marksville, LA. A rosary recitation will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday in the Chapel.
Pallbearers honored to serve will be Bella Ugalde, Juliana Ugalde, Wade Howard, Robin Zenno, Ken Hitt, Hugh Hitt, Jerry Armand, and Michael Hardwick.
