BELLEDEAU - Funeral services for Mr. Naven J. Guillory will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, August 2, 2018 at Refuge Baptist Church in Echo with Reverend Adam Thornton officiating. Burial will be in Belledeau Community Church Cemetery, under the direction of Hixson Brothers, Marksville.
The family requests that visitation be observed Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at Hixson Brothers, in Marksville from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and will continue on Thursday at the church from 9 a.m. until time of service.
Mr. Guillory, 78, of Hessmer passed from this life, Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Riviere De Soleil Nursing Home. He was born on July 2, 1940.
He was preceded in death by his son, Timothy Paul Guillory; grandson, Joshua Guillory; and parents, Clemile and Ethel Firmin Guillory
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 55 years, Lucille Jeansonne Guillory; sons, Patrick John (Holli) Guillory and Gene Guillory; daughters, Renee (Steve) Turner and Becky (David) Cyr; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren
Pallbearers will be Steven Turner, David Cyr, Steven Patton, Benjamin Turner, Cary Manuel, and Roy Laborde. Honorary pallbearer will be Timothy Cyr.
