Philogene St. Romain, 60, Mansura

Funeral Mass for Philogene St. Romain of Mansura will begin at 11:00am on Friday, May 14, 2021 at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Mansura with Fr. Irion St. Romain officiating. Burial will follow at St. Alphonsus Cemetery in Hessmer.

Philogene St. Romain, age 60, passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at his home in Mansura. Family meant everything to Philogene, he was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, & brother. He was the owner & operator of St. Romain Roofing. When he was not working or spending time with his family, he was in the woods hunting and enjoying the great outdoors.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 35 years, Andrea St. Romain of Mansura; sons, Adam St. Romain (Kayleigh) of Alexandria and David St. Romain (Brooke) of Little Rock, AR; 2 grandchildren, Jaxon and Callie; his mother, Delores St. Romain; sisters, Debra Fontenot (Edward John) of Marksville and Jeanne St. Romain of Hessmer; brothers, Gary St. Romain (Shirley) of Cottonport and Peter St. Romain of Hessmer.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clebert St. Romain; sister, Cynthia Bowman; and brothers, Bruce St. Romain and Michael St. Romain.

Visitation will begin at 9:00am until 11:00am on Friday, May 14, 2021 at Escude Funeral Home in Mansura.
