Memorial Services for Mr. Roger Dale LaBorde will be held at a later date. Services are under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home, Marksville.

Mr. LaBorde, age 72, passed away on Monday, April 25th, 2024 in Marksville in his residence. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lee Joseph and Laverne Iris LaBorde; brother, Michael Lee LaBorde.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Jackie Leger of Marksville; daughter, Tiffany LaBorde (Lionel) of Dupont; Shawn Gaspard (Sommer) of Pineville; step daughter, Cindy Rachal (Troy) of Cottonport; brothers, John T. LaBorde of Marksville and Earl Patrick LaBorde (Dena) of Thibodaux; sisters, Betty Jean Schmill of Thibodaux and Carlean LaBauve (Dwight) of Vick; grandchildren, Hannah Dukes, Jacob Dukes, Connor Bardwell, Aleigh Dukes, Gabrielle Dauzat, Brice Rachal; great grandchildren, Izabella Bass, Ava Lynn Bass, Asher Dukes. He also leaves behind two special friends, Lynette Crain and Connie Mounce both of Marksville.
