Sheri E. Dauzat, 40, Marksville

Funeral services for Sheri E. Dauzat of Marksville will be held on Sunday, January 16, 2022 at 11:00 in the chapel of Hixson Brothers in Marksville, LA with the Rev. Rene’ Carmouche officiating.
Sheri, age 40, passed away Friday, January 14, 2022. She was a loving daughter, aunt and cousin. She loved her nephews, family, and fur babies. Sheri served over 20 years for the Marksville Police Department as Dispatcher.
Sheri is preceded in death by her grandparents, Richard Sr. and Maydell Klingensmith. She leaves behind her parents, Edward and Linda Dauzat of Marksville, brother, David (Jessica) Dauzat of Effie, nephews Cameron and Garrett Dauzat of Effie, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family requests visitation from 5pm-9pm Saturday and 8am-11am on Sunday. Pallbearers honored to serve are David Dauzat, John Dauzat, Dustin Dauzat, Elliot Guilbeau, Joseph Guilbeau, and Nyx Bordelon. Honorary pallbearer is Richard Klingensmith, Jr.
