Terry Kohler, 71, of Woodworth

Mass of Christian burial for Terry T. Kohler will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at Mary Mother of Jesus Catholic Church with Reverend Paul M. LaPalme officiating. Entombment will be in Alexandria Memorial Gardens, under the direction of Hixson Brothers, Alexandria. Terry left us with two “pleases”. Please wear bright, comfortable clothes and Please sing loud- Make a Joyful noise to the Lord.

The family requests visitation be held Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Mary Mother of Jesus Catholic Church from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Prayer service will be at 6:00 p.m.

Mrs. Kohler was a member of Mary Mother of Jesus Catholic Church. During her working career she was a social worker for the LA Department of Family Services for 30 years.

Mrs. Kohler, 71, of Woodworth passed from this life, Saturday, October 30, 2021 at her residence.

She was preceded in death by her infant daughter; parents, Ivy Lee and Shirley Jean Luter Thompson; brother, David Thompson.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 53 years, Glynn Kohler; son, Brad Kohler and wife, Melissa; sister-in-law, Velma Thompson; grandchildren, Grayson and Kayden; host of other family members and friends.

Pallbearers will be David C. Butler, II, Richard Bushnell, Michael Leleux, Mike Monk, Chief James Gonzales and Chief Paul Delanoix.
