Obituary for Donald Edward Reynolds

Funeral services for Mr. Donald Edward Reynolds will be held on Tuesday,
April 7, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home
with Bro. Philip Robertson officiating. Interment with Military Honors will
follow at Wise Chapel Cemetery in Ruby, Louisiana. Arrangements are
under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home, Marksville,
Louisiana.

Mr. Reynolds, age 82, of Centerpoint, Louisiana passed away at the Regency
House in Alexandria, Louisiana on Friday, April 3, 2026. He is preceded in
death by his parents, D.W., Jr. and Ebbie Philips Reynolds; brothers, Johnnie
Reynolds, Harry Reynolds, and Jerry Reynolds; great grandchild, Maddie
Gray.

Those left to cherish his memories include his wife of 46 years, Jeanette
Reynolds of Centerpoint, Louisiana; sons, Shane Reynolds (Kendra) of
Deville, Louisiana and Paul White (Jacquie) of North Dakota; daughter,
Brenda Burkett (Tommy) of Deville, Louisiana; brother, Royce Reynolds
(Charlotte) of Centerpoint, Louisiana; grandchildren, Megan Gray (Cody) of
Deville, Louisiana, Ricky Guillory (Megan) of Centerpoint, Louisiana, Cody
White of North Dakota, Britta White of North Dakota, Gunner Dubois of
Deville, Louisiana, Stormi Dubois of Deville, Louisiana, and Everlee
Reynolds of Pineville, Louisiana; great-great grandchildren, Bella Gray of
Deville, Louisiana, Liam Drew of Centerpoint, Louisiana, Weslee Guillory
of Deville, Louisiana, Kellan Drew of Centerpoint, Louisiana, LeighAnn
Johnson of Deville, Louisiana, Teegan Guillory of Centerpoint, Louisiana,
Roxanne Guillory of Centerpoint, Louisiana. He also leaves behind
numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 6, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home. Visitation will reopen on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers until time of service.
