Funeral services celebrating the life of Mrs. Rita Elizabeth Bettevy will be held on Saturday, December 27 th , 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Marksville Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Robbie Strong officiating. Interment will be held at St. Genevieve Mausoleum in Brouillette, Louisiana at an later date. Services are entrusted to Hixson Brothers Funeral Home.

Mrs. Bettevy, age 84, of Marksville, Louisiana passed away at her residence. She is preceded in death by her parents, Augüst and Gertrude Hofer Jungles;
two brothers, Hebert Jungles and Hans Jungles; and one sister, Theresa Kück.

Those left to cherish her memories include her husband of 61 years, Ronald Bettevy; one son, Michael Bettevy (Dariann) of Marksville; one daughter, Carolyn Gonzales of Marksville; four grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 26 th , 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and will resume on Saturday, December 27 th , 2025 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services at the Marksville Church of the Nazarene.
